This week mmg bz tuk program kitorg... Beauty and Health awareness... bz wat backdrop and simbolik tuk perasmian.. tdo smpi kul 3 pg just nk siapkan bnda ni smua.. pastu nk pikir step tuk aerobic in sitting plak tu... mmg x ckup tido this week.. program ni diadakan selama 2 ari.. Ari kamis and jumaat.. ari kamis ni, spttnyer wat tuk geriatric and disebabkan ada mslh tertntu, so, kitorg wat tuk jr.. berkgsi ilmu and suka ria... :D ari tu, kitorg wat aerobic in sitting, aerobic in standing, tai chi dan len2.. mmg time tu, enjoy giler.. maybe coz participant pon bg krjasama and happening time tu.. :D thanks guys..

For the next day, agk klam kabut gaks.. ngan sofa tuk VIP xde and rostrum tuk berucap pon xde.. mmg ada la bahang2 yang x puas ati.. Pagi ari kejadian, lg la kelam kabut x terkata... ni, klu wat postmortem, mmg la jd perang dunia... nsb bek la tangguh ke ari isnin.. :D tp program kecantikan bersama dara.com agak enjoy and relax cikit berbnding pg tu.. kitorg blajar cmne nk make-up and fesyen2 tudung ni... :D klu nngk, jurumekap die, berus die dh pnoh satu bekas.. mane la nk cekau duit nk beli berus aje... hehehe... tp brg2 dr secret, mmg lawa... :D klu secret x lupe nk taja kitorg, msti dh dpt satu set makeup from them.. :D

Alhamdulillah, kitorg berjaya anjurkan satu rogram hasil kerjasama smua and maybe satu ari nnt bleh dijadikan satu knangan antra kiter smua... :D
